Situated in a small hill top, on Manjeshwar - Hosangadi road, inside high raised compound wall reminds of a fort. 
 Idols of Sri Adinatha, Sri Chandranatha, Sri Shantinatha and Sri Vardhamana were faced in each direction. Basadi has doors in all  four directions so as the main compound.
