Dated to the 9th century, this Jain temple built by the Rashtrakutas is set in an upland that affords pleasant, open views of the surroundings. It's closed hall is composed of blocky pillars and massive corbels employed by the Badami Chalukyas.
It has a square sanctum, ardha mantapa and a spacious navagraha.
Navagraha has 20 pillars with four of them being ornamental.
On the either side of the ardha mandapa, Dwarapalaka and Jain figures can be seen.
On the outer walls of the navagraha, 24 Tirthankaras in samabhangi are well carved.
