Digamber Jain Temple in Basarh, Vaishali
This idol said to be 2000 year old found in near by pond some years ago. This is miraculous idol. People say this is Chandragupta Maurya period idol. Idol is preserved in very small temple. Their is only 1 jain family is their in this place they r looking after the temple.
The idol is 1.5 feet height very beautiful carved. Their is a dharam chakra in pedestal. This is very unique about this idol.
