Situated 12 km from shamgarh in the Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, this temple houses a 76 cm tall idol of Shree Aadeshwar Bhagwan.
As per the records, this Teerth was established in Vikram Year 688 by Acharya Shree Udaysagarji. Since then many astonishing & miraculous events have taken place here.During the severe drought in Vikram Year 1956, the ‘pujari’ (keeper) of the temple would find one silver 8 - anna coin here every day. Once, during a community meal; the shortage of food items was made – up for, miraculously.Every year on the 13th day (full moon phase) of the ‘Phalgun’ month, a fair held here is attended by thousands of devotees.
Here is one dharamshala for lodging at Parasali with all facilities and a bhojanshala for meals. Upashraya is also present.
