Shwetamber Jain Temple in Shankheshwar, Patan
One of the greatest, holy, & devine Jain religious place in Gujarat, where all the jains visit to worship.
The Parshwanath bhagwan idol is in the air, abow the floor, today also, which can be confirmed as the cloth is passed from one side to another under the idol by pujari. It's very old statue, and has historic value too. When shree Krishna's military force was paralysed by Jarasangh in a war, with the help of Jara Vidhya, at that time shree Krishna was told to sprinkle the Sankheshwar Parasnath Abhishek water on his soldiers, after which his soldiers were free from Jara Vidhya power/the paralysis effect. The water of gods Abhishek is very very devine and it can cure many disease in the present time also. It has so many stories associated with it. One of the greatest pilgrimage place of the Jains in India.
