This Lodhruva temple has a 1200 years history, dedicated to the 23rd Tirthankara, Bhagwan Parshvanath.
The temple was destroyed a couple of times when the forces of Ghori attacked India on his way to Somnath Temple in the 11th/12th CE but was later restored. It was reconstructed by Seth Tharu Shah in 1615.
Sincere thanks: Shri Pravesh Jain
In the centre of the temple is a tree part with carved copper leaves, called Kalpavriksha, believed to be capable of fulfilling devotee’s wishes.
